Shun Tak Group (0242) announced yesterday that it has entered into a joint venture investment agreement to participate in healthcare real estate projects. Sindh will account for 30% of the joint venture company, with an investment of US$150 million, equivalent to more than HK$1,172 million, which will be paid with working capital and borrowings. According to the joint venture agreement, Shun Tak will be involved in potentially large-scale integrated real estate projects in the Mainland connecting high-speed rail provincial capitals. These projects are mainly used for health care purposes, including hotels, retail elements, and healthcare-related facilities.
